The College of Social and Management Sciences, Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti, will prepare some students of the University for the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) Professional Examinations, coming up on, September, 2011.
In a statement made by the Provost, College of Social and Management Sciences, Dr. Y.O. Lawal, the qualified students had written ATSWA-1 in the series of the ICAN Professional Examination; in which they performed brilliantly, and that, by August 10, 2011, the College would start preparing them for ATSWA-2.
Similarly, three students in the College of Social and Management Sciences also sat for the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) Professional Examination which they all passed. And by October, 2011, they will proceed to the next level in the series of the Professional Examinations.
