Ekiti State Gov, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, has commended the Founder and Chancellor of Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti (ABUAD), Aare Afe Babalola, SAN, for the laudable work he is doing in enhancing the standard of education and in providing employment opportunities in the state.
Speaking at the presentation of a 25-seater Bus to the University recently, Fayemi who described ABUAD as the Harvard of Nigeria, said his government will continue to partner with Babalola in appreciation of the good works he is doing at ABUAD, which has been described as the fastest growing university in Africa. .
He applauded Babalola for his well-known integrity, philanthropy and his willingness to always bring the best to Ekiti State.
Thanking the Governor, who personally handed the key to the bus to him, Aare Afe Babalola was full of appreciation to the Governor for fulfilling his promise to donate a bus to ABUAD.
